I love these guys. I really do. I was in the mood for WAFF, so I started drawing and this is what emerged.
Fun fact: excluding the two buildings in the bottom panel, all the gray coloring comes from the same colored pencil. The street, the sidewalk, and both skies.
I'm not quite sure what inspired this. I probably had this [link] floating somewhere in the back of my mind, but beyond that I'm not sure.
Crowley's umbrella at the bottom panel was originally black, but then I decided my black colored pencil has suffered enough lately, and besides, then we wouldn't be able to see the spattering raindrops on it.
I'm actually pretty proud of how this came out, except I'm not sure what Aziraphale's supposed to be wearing in that first panel. Seriously. What the hell.
...Oh yeah, I dressed him up like Reckonin. I'm sorry, I tried to draw him in those weird robe/toga/dress things angels always wear, I really did, but I couldn't. So I stole Reckonin's clothes, colored them blue, and here we are. That reminds me, I now have an enraged angelic ferret in his undies beating down my door. I have to finish these Artist's comments PDQ before he comes in and smites my ass to yesterday. (Yes, I just said PDQ. It's chatspeak for old people. Deal.)

Y'know, I rather think it's this very picture that started it all for me, writing stories in Good Omens fandom, I mean. I absolutely don't know why I haven't gone on a dA faving spree of these two before today, but better late than never, eh?
